Some weddings simply have it all… and this was one of them.

This wonderful Scottish couple trusted us to bring their wedding in Crete to life at a beautiful private villa — and what a celebration it became.

Elegant, sumptuous décor transformed the villa into the perfect setting for a day that felt completely them. And we especially love that their wedding is a reminder that there is no age limit on celebrating love in a big, beautiful way. 🤍 Whether you are 25, 45 or 65 — your love story deserves a celebration that reflects who you are.

And this one certainly did.

A surprise live performance for the guests, spectacular fireworks lighting up the Cretan sky, a beautiful bar, delicious food, an incredible wedding cake, a champagne tower and all those little details that turn a wedding into an experience.

It was elegant, joyful, full of surprises and, above all, incredibly memorable.

This is what we call **Operation Wind.**

To most guests, it's just a beautiful breeze on a warm summer evening.

To a wedding planner, it's a carefully timed sequence of decisions, supplier calls, weather checks, setup adjustments, and contingency plans—all before anyone even notices there was ever a challenge.

Time management isn't just about keeping to a timeline. It's about making hundreds of tiny decisions, often within minutes, so that your wedding still feels effortless.

After 18 years of planning weddings in Crete, we've learned that flexibility is just as important as planning. Because sometimes the best wedding skill isn't sticking to the original plan—it's knowing exactly when to change it.
